Cancellation Policy
If
you need to cancel your session, please notify me as soon as possible. I
will work with you to
reschedule. Your session fee will transfer to the new appointed
time as long as you have notified me promptly of your
need to cancel. If you cancel your session without notice, you
forfeit the session fee. The rescheduled photo shoot will require
an additional session fee. I also reserve the right to
re-schedule a session due to illness, emergency, inclement weather,
etc.
-Model Release
I will ask you to sign a Model Release Form that allows me to post pictures of you/your child(ren) on
my website and to use the pictures to promote my work. Your pictures will NEVER be sold to a third-party.
Refunds
I want you to be completely happy with your pictures and will work to ensure that
you are completely satisfied. However, due to the nature of the products, all sales are final.
- All proofs will automatically expire in exactly 2 weeks. If you do not place your order within that time, a $50 republishing fee will be charged to extend your proofs an additional 2 weeks. Any images that are not ordered will be purged from the system in order to make room for new clients.
- Images that HAVE BEEN ordered will be archived for one year.
- All images will be destroyed if
print or product purchases are not made within 60 days following
delivery of CD purchase.
